To obtain an ultraviolet curing coating material composition forming a coating film excellent in scratch resistance, having high beautifying property and good adhesion and good gasoline resistance in high productivity.
The ultraviolet curing coating material composition is obtained by compounding (A) a tetra- or more multifunctional (meth)acrylate having ≥4 (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule and having 300-2,000 number-average molecular weight with (B) a lactone-modified polyhydric alcohol mono(meth) acrylate polymer containing 20-60 wt.% -caprolactone ring-opening adduct and 100-180 mg KOH/g hydroxy value derived from the lactone modification, (C) a non-yellowing type polyisocyanate compound, wherein the component A content is 10-50 wt.% and the total content of the components B and C is 90-50 wt.%, and the isocyanate group of the component C has 0.5-1.5 equivalent based on one equivalent of the hydroxy group of the component B, and (D) a light stabilizer and (E) a photopolymerization initiator so that Knoop hardness of the resultant cured coating film becomes 10-18 and the molecular weight between crosslinkages of the cured coating film becomes 150-300.
