Abstract:

To provide a resin composition for an ultraviolet shielding hard coat, which is suitably used for a plastic base material used outdoors.

A resin composition for an ultraviolet shielding hard coat of the present invention contains titanium oxide particles having a primary particle diameter of 5 nm to 50 nm, a surface treatment layer formed on a surface of the titanium oxide particles and made of aluminum hydroxide of 1 vol.% to 35 vol.% with respect to the titanium oxide particles, ultraviolet shielding particles formed to cover the surface treatment layer and having a coating layer made of silica of 10 vol.% to 30 vol.% with respect to the titanium oxide particles having the surface treatment layer, and a resin, and the ultraviolet shielding particles have an average dispersion particle diameter of 5 nm to 70 nm.
