Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an underground pipe repair method of superior economical efficiency which can shorten the time required for the repair work and provide always an inner lining structure of constant product quality.
CONSTITUTION: A removable plug component 7 is mounted on an end 5 of an inner lining material 13 with a water impermeable film 3 inside a cylindrical body 1, and a plug 11 is fixed on the other end 9 and drawn into a sewage pipe 15. Water is supplied from a water hose 17 in the film 3, and the inner lining material 13 is pressed to the inside of the sewage pipe 15. Water discharged from a water discharge hose 25 is heated and fed again from the water hose 17 to cure thermosetting synthetic resin in the cylindrical body 1. After that, the water in the film 3 is discharged and the plug component 7 is removed. A cylindrical sealing material is fixed all over from the end 5 of the inner lining material 13 to the inner face of the sewage pipe 15.
