Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground structure construction method that is applicable to the case that a concrete caisson is propelled in the ground after press-fitting a box-shaped roof, and does not require the excavation of a working face not to be additionally carried out, cost reduction and the shortening of a construction period are achieved, and the safety of the work is improved by dispensing with the dangerous excavation work of a working face.
SOLUTION: The box-shaped roof 6 is assembled and arranged conforming to the outer shape of the concrete caisson 9 to be propelled. After press-fitting the concrete caisson 9 into the ground from a starting shaft 3, the front end of the concrete caisson 9 is arranged at the end of the box-shaped roof 6, and the earth on the working face is squeezed out together with the box-shaped roof 6 by the propulsion of the concrete caisson 9.
