Title:
CIRCULATORY FILTRATION-TYPE CULTURE SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3887381
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulatory filtration-type culture system having such advantages that an ammonia treatment can be carried out continuously and water quality deterioration of a raising water tank can be prevented even during cleaning filter materials, significant decline in ammonia treatment capacity after cleaning the filter materials can be prevented, and feeding level can be retained sustainably.
SOLUTION: The circulatory filtration-type culture system has the following construction: A circulatory path 2 through which water is circulated to a water tank 1 for raising fishes-and-shellfishes is equipped with a plurality of biological filtration tanks 3 for ammonia treatment of water connectedly in parallel, wherein each of the biological filtration tank 3 comprises an upstream fluidization tank 5 including a granular filter material 4 in a fluidized condition and a downstream stationary tank 6 including a granular filter material 4 in a static condition. This system has the function of cleaning the filter materials 4 in the stationary tanks 6.
