The present invention relates to the unemulsified flavor composition having characteristics in which an oil-soluble flavor is emulsified in a particle diameter range of 2-10 μm when the oil-soluble flavor is emulsified by using an emulsifying agent and emulsification is broken and the flavor is unemulsified by retort treatment, a method for producing the unemulsified flavor composition and the can beverage and the plastic bottle beverage each containing the flavor composition. The present invention further relates to an emulsified flavor composition obtained by mixing the unemulsified flavor composition with a stabilized emulsified flavor composition in a range of (3:7) to (7:3), a method for producing the flavor composition and a can beverage and a plastic bottle beverage containing the flavor composition.
