Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the brake force by using a clutch spring having a large diameter, maintaining the sealing performance for preventing the leak of the viscous oil from a housing.
CONSTITUTION: As for a unidirectional rotary damper which is constituted so that a brake disc 14 is introduced into the hollow part filled with the viscous oil 17 of a housing 10, and is equipped with a clutch spring 26 between the projection part 16 of the shaft 15 of a rotor 13 having the shaft 15 projected outside the housing and a driven gear 20 installed in a free revolutionen enabled form at the projection part, a concentric recess 21 which consists of a shallow circular recessed part 22 formed on the surface directed to the housing 10 and a deep outer annular groove 23 surrouning the outer periphery of the circular recessed part is formed on the driven gear 20. On a rotor shaft 15 which projects outside from the housing, a relay disc 25 having the equal diameter to the circular recessed part is fixed, and fitted into the circular recessed part 22 of the driven gear, and a clutch spring 26 is fitted over the outer periphery of the relay disc 25 and the inner periphery 23' of the outer annular groove.
