Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain partially soluble rubber of vulcanized scrap rubber at a normal temperature without using a desulfurizing device and to produce a rubber product having excellent physical ability, moldability and processability, by blending the partial soluble rubber with raw material rubber.
CONSTITUTION: This molding rubber composition contains vulcanized scrap rubber prepared by mixing a partial soluble material which is obtained by treating 100 pts.wt. of ground vulcanized scrap rubber with a regenerating and treating agent composed of 50-200 pts.wt. of a petroleum-based process oil and l-30 pts.wt. of a mastication promoter with raw material rubber, a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization promoter, etc., 100 pts.wt. of the ground vulcanized scrap rubber is mixed with 80-500 pts.wt. of an organic solvent and 50-200 pts.wt. of the petroleum-based process oil to give a partial soluble material, which is mixed with the raw material rubber, the vulcanizing agent, the vulcanization promoter, etc., to give a molding rubber composition containing the vulcanized scrap rubber and to provide a method for producing the molding rubber composition.
