Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom and the installation method thereof in which the pipe insertion hole of a waterproof pan and the rising part of water and hotwater supply pipes can be accurately positioned and the bathroom unit can be efficiently installed, without preliminary meetings between the piping contractor and the bathroom supplier.
SOLUTION: A positioning tool 17 is temporarily fixed to a concrete body 20 so that pipe guides (a), (b) provided with the positioning tool 17 are arranged to correspond to the pipe insertion hole 15 of a waterproof pan 2. Water and hotwater pipes 13, 14 are erected along the pipe guides (a), (b) of the positioning tool 17. The water supply pipe 13 and a hotwater supply pipe 14 are put in the insertion hole 15 of the waterproof pan 2 and the bathroom is installed on the concrete body 20. The water supply pipe 13 and the hotwater supply pipe 14 are connected to a water supply faucet 9 and a hotwater supply faucet 10 respectively.
