Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to house a car completely in a garage and to surely protect the car from rain or dirt, etc., while reducing the number of garage units necessary to form the garage in the case the garage is formed in a unit building.
CONSTITUTION: An extension unit 26 is a joined and installed to a building unit 10 placed on the upper floor of a garage unit 16, and the extension unit 26 is overhung from the garage unit 16. A garage 24 is formed of a downward space of the extension unit 26 and a space formed of the garage unit 16 and, at the same time, a shutter 32 closing the garage 24 is mounted to the extension unit 26.
