Abstract:
To shorten an activation time of a power generation unit.SOLUTION: A unit activation method of a power generation unit having a steam generator, a steam turbine, a condenser for cooling exhaust steam thereof, and a plurality of vacuum pumps comprises the steps of: preparing activation of the power generation unit; making respective processes in a water quality improvement process for improving water quality in water quality improvement objective equipment including the condenser and the steam generator, progress stepwise in order to ventilate the steam turbine; and ventilating the steam turbine. Related to a first step or an initial step of the water quality improvement process, the step has a condition that a condenser vacuum degree reaches a first vacuum degree as a finish condition of a pre-step, and also has a condition that the condenser vacuum degree reaches a second vacuum degree allowing the ventilation of the steam turbine as a finish condition of the water quality improvement process in order to ventilate the steam turbine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
