To inexpensively provide a comfortable study room capable of securing a space for the study room without sacrificing other living spaces, and excellent in convenience and function, in a house where the study room can be hardly installed because a living space is narrow.

This unit study room is characterized as follows: a box unit comprises an upper box and a lower box which is provided in a lower portion in such a manner as to be brought into continuous contact with the upper box; the upper box is provided with a floor panel, a low table, a storage box, and a door plate; a lower box is provided with an underfloor storage and a furnace; and the upper and lower boxes of the box unit are partitioned by the floor panel.
