Impact absorbing members 2 of more than one forms identical or different are inserted in series into a center member 1 and the impact absorbing members 2 are made combinable to realize variety of form and hardness. It is so arranged that more than one type of combinable link members 3 can be mounted at both ends or one end of the center member 1 and a link member so formed to be stabilized when set on a floor is mounted to allow the erecting thereof on use. A stretchable elastic body 5 is mounted on the link member 3 and fixed on a floor and upward to allow using thereof being fixed vertically on use (as speed bag or the like). Moreover, the stretchable elastic body 5 and a nonelastic body 6 are mounted on the link members 3 and are fixed on the floor and upward to allow using (as shin pad) of the sand bag being set horizontally.
