Abstract:
To shorten the tact time in an unloading system using a robot that holds an article.SOLUTION: The unloading system includes: a robot arm that holds an article in an article group; a supporting conveyer on which the article held by the robot arm mounted and the mounted article is transported to a transport conveyer; a lifting mechanism that vertically moves the supporting conveyer; a sensor that is provided higher by a predetermined distance than the height of the top face of the article, which is the highest position of the article group, or the height of a storage container that stores the article group; and a controlling device that controls the movement of the lifting mechanism of the supporting conveyer so as to adjust the height of the supporting conveyer to the height where the sensor is provided in accordance with the movement of placing the article held by the robot arm on the supporting conveyer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
