PURPOSE: To improve conviniency and universality of the entire system by controlling the action of a conveying means and the elevation of a lift by means of a separate control means based on the detected result of a remaining load detecting means provided on a load carry-in/take-out doorway on the floor of each story.
CONSTITUTION: A lift 10, which elevates inside an elevating passage 1 formed throughout respective floors of a building is provided and a load transfer means 12, 32... and a conveying means 40 are provided on the load carry-in/take-out doorway 30 of each floor. A remaining load detecting means 34... is provided on the load carry-in/ take-out doorway 30 of the floor of each story of this unloading and conveying system for construction site and a communication means 14, 36..., which conduct wireless transmission of data between the lift 10 and each floor, are provided. Based on the detected result of the remaining load detecting means 34, the action of the conveying means 40 on each floor is controlled by a first control means 50... and the elevation of the lift 10 is controlled by a second control means 20. Thus, even if the installation location of the conveying means 40 of the floor of each story is changed in conjunction with the progress of the construction work, necessity of changing the whole controlling system can be eliminated.
