Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloading device for a powder and grain product capable of using a large diameter conduit and preventing distortion, folding, and twisting of an unloading nozzle.
SOLUTION: In an unloading system 1, after placing a container 3 on a table 7, the unloading nozzle 8 of the large bag 2 loaded with the powder and grain product 4 is connected to a transfer mechanism 14 on a side of the unloading device 5. The transfer mechanism 14 is provided with a conduit 21 and a cylindrical ring 24 used as an attachment is inserted in the conduit 21. Since the cylindrical ring 24 is connected to an expandable cloth nozzle 25, it can move along with a movement of the unloading nozzle 8 during unloading. Consequently, an adverse effect of obstruction of delivery of the powder and grain product by distortion, folding, twisting or the like of the unloading nozzle 8 can be prevented. Since the conduit 21 is supported by a rack 41 of the unloading device side and a load during discharge of the powder and grain product does not act on a container side, a large diameter conduit can be used.
