Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the count value up and down contrastively in the specific cycle.
CONSTITUTION: An updown control section 2 is provided with exclusive OR circuits 21-1, 21-2, and 21-3 ORing count signals 12a, 12b, and 12c and an updown control signal 13. Thus, the counting up and down are contrastively performed in a half cycle of the updown control signal 13.
