A dust collecting inner box 2 is housed inside the outer box 1 having a handle 3 for hanging, and a support shaft 12 is attached at the center of the circular bottom. The support shaft 12 is bridged and set in the outer box 1. And, a shaft 10 for a pulling up rod is set beside the support shaft 12 on both sides of the inner box 2. The grip 4 of the pulling up rod is inserted into a through hole 11 formed on the outer box 1 and supported/fixed by a support cylinder 7.
