PURPOSE: To obtain a urethane adhesive excellent in adhesion to flexible polyvinyl chloride by mixing a thermoplastic polyester urethane rubber and/or a specified grafted thermoplastic polyester urethane rubber with a specified resin, a cross-linking agent, etc.

CONSTITUTION: This adhesive comprises a thermoplastic polyester urethane rubber and/or a product obtained by grafting thereonto at least one member selected from the group consisting of (meth) acrylic acid and a (meth)acrylic ester, a rosin resin and/or its derivative, a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin, an organic solvent and a cross-linking agent containing an isocyanate compound.
