Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the process and to prevent urethane separation by arrang ing the constitution in such a way that a urethane ring is fastened to an interme diate member for covering the periphery and the side periphery face of an outside wheel, without using adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate member 7 and an urethane ring 5 having U-shaped cross section are united by the double forming method and formed so that it may cover the peripheral surface and the side periphery face of an outside wheel 1. And the intermediate member 7 is covered on the outside wheel 1 and adhered so that it may cover the peripheral face and the side periphery face of the outside wheel 1. By this constitution, the urethane ring can be prevented from falling off with a simple constitution.
