This usage of the apparatus for fracturing/recovering the metal catalyst comprises the steps of jetting air from the lower part of the tip of the impact blade 1n to form an air current A rising in the vessel and controlling the injection quantity of air according to the generated state of the powder 30 suspended in the vessel 1a.
