Abstract:
Use of allopurinol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the treatment or prevention of Hand Foot Skin Reaction (HFSR) induced by Multitargeted Kinase (MKI) therapy. The allopurinol or its salt is administered topically to the affected areas, palms and soles, preferably in the form of a cream.
