Abstract:

To easily grasp who views a WEB page and to perform corresponding special service and display by a WEB browser by transferring URL information and user verification information at the time of transferring information to respective WDB pages from the WWW browser.

Relating to the personal computer terminal 1 on the user-side, URL information and ciphering data being ID information are contained and sent later from application communication software 3 installed from a CD-ROM 2 to the WWW browser 4. URL information and ciphering data being ID information are sent from the WWW browser 4 to a WEB site 6. A WWW browser 4-side obtains WEB data from the WEB site 6. At that time, the WEB browser user-refers to the main server 7 of an information center 5. Thus, the WEB browser grasps wheather a person viewing the WEB page is a member or not and grasps who he is if he is the member.
