Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V belt capable of preventing the V belt from departing or turning-over accompanying the belt deflection during driving while restricting the V-shaped deformation of the V belt; alleviating the strong impact received from a tension pulley; and even if the allowable range of the gap between the pulleys is expanded, it is possible to prevent a difference in durability from occurring.SOLUTION: A wrapped V belt 1 comprises: an elongation layer 11; a compression layer 12; an outer peripheral side core wire layer 13 in which a core wire 131 buried along a V belt peripheral length direction is aligned at a prescribed interval in the V belt width direction; and an inner peripheral side core wire layer 14 in which a core wire 141 buried along a V belt peripheral length direction is aligned at a prescribed interval in the V belt width direction, in which the center C1 of the core wire 131 of the outer peripheral side core wire layer 13 and the center C2 of the core wire 141 of the inner peripheral side core wire layer 14 are shifted so as not to overlap with each other viewed from the V belt thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
