Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent in vacuum drying using a cold trap that in spite of the cold trap has trapped gas which liquid in a drying furnace vaporized, the gas contacts with a dried matter.SOLUTION: Vacuum drying equipment 1 comprises a pressure measuring unit 40 measuring pressure in the vacuum drying equipment 1, and a control unit 50 controlling connection of a drying furnace 10 and a cold trap 30. The control unit 50 sets a threshold based on pressure when solid begins to sublimate to gas in the cold trap 30, and controls selectively whether to connect or to separate the drying furnace 10 and the cold trap 30 depending on relations of the pressure measured by the pressure measuring unit 40 and the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
