In the vacuum heat insulation panel 21, a core material 25 and an absorbent 23 are covered by an outer cover material 26 and thereby inner pressure is reduced. The absorbent 23 is formed as powders or particles while contained in a bag body 24 with gas permeation property, and placed on the core material 25. Further, a plurality of chambers 24b partitioned by partition parts 24a in the bag body 24 are provided and contain the absorbent as dispersed.
