This device is comprised of a booster 21 using low pressure compressed air as driving source and pressurizing the low pressure compressed air to high pressure compressed air, a high pressure tank 22 storing obtained high pressure air, an ejector 24 using high pressure air in the high pressure tank 22 as a driving source for producing vacuum from venturi negative pressure, a high pressure air pipe line 26 connecting the high pressure tank 22 and the ejector 24, and an on-off valve 23 provided in the high pressure air pipe line 26.
