Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum pump that can reduce manufacturing cost and exhibit approximately uniform performance by restraining misalignment from occurring during assembly.SOLUTION: A vacuum pump 1 comprises a rotor 27 and vanes 28 to be driven by an electric motor 10, in a casing body 22. The casing body 22 that constitutes a casing 31 is formed as a single component. The casing body 22 comprises: a cylinder liner 23 on which the rotor 27 and the vanes 28 slide; and a bearing 75 that supports an output shaft 12 of the electric motor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
