Abstract:
To provide a vacuum pump in which deformation of outer peripheral components fastened to an outer cylinder can be prevented even if the number of bolts is increased.SOLUTION: A vacuum pump according to the present invention comprises a rotating body (103), an outer cylinder (127) housing the rotating body, outer peripheral components (126 and 128) arranged on the outer peripheral side of the rotating body and coaxially with the outer cylinder, a plurality of bolts (115 and 116) fastening the outer cylinder and the outer peripheral components, and axial tension reduction means (117) reducing bolt axial tension acting on the outer cylinder. The axial tension reduction means is comprised in at least one of the plurality of bolts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
