PURPOSE: To carry out resin casting continuously while maintaining a vacuum casting chamber at the set vacuum degree all the time and form a series of in-line processes including preheating and vacuum defoaming.
CONSTITUTION: A preheating chamber provided with vacuumizing function is continuously connected with the foregoing stage of a vacuum casting chamber while a vacuum defoaming chamber provided with vacuumizing function is continuously connected with the following stage of said vacuum casting chamber. When resin casting is carried out in the vacuum casting chamber, a treated material is fed out from the vacuum defoaming chamber, and then the preheating chamber and the vacuum defoaming chamber are vacuumized to the given vacuum degree. Thus the inside of vacuum casting chamber can be maintained at the set vacuum degree at the time of both feeding in and feeding out of the material, and resin casting can be carried out almost simultaneously with the feeding-in of the material. The material preheated in the preheating chamber is transferred to the vacuum casting chamber at the time of resin casting, and the material resin cast in the vacuum casting chamber is transferred to the vacuum defoaming chamber and vacuum defoamed at the time of resin casting. The time of vacuum defoaming can be set longer by forming the capacity of the vacuum defoaming chamber as large as storing a plurality of materials.
