Abstract:
To provide a vacuum suction device of a thermos bottle, while improving a product yield and processing efficiency, implementing automatization and mass production, and vacuum suction method thereof.SOLUTION: A vacuum suction device sequentially including a preliminary suction chamber, a heating chamber, a welding chamber, and a cooling chamber, further includes laser welding means controllably movably installed above the welding chamber. The welding chamber includes. on a top surface, at least one transparent window, and a laser beam of the laser welding means passes through the transparent window to melt a welding ball provided in a central hole on a bottom of the bottle. Both of the heating chamber and the welding chamber are connected to a high vacuum exhaust system, a vertically movable inlet valve is provided at an inlet of the preliminary suction chamber, and a vertically movable outlet valve is provided at an outlet of the cooling chamber. A continuous vacuum suction operation of a thermos battle is performed by using the vacuum suction device of the thermos bottle and a vacuum suction method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
