Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device having a third port in addition to an inflow port and an outflow port, and including a guide mechanism with simple constitution configured to guide movement of a valve body with sufficient regulation force.SOLUTION: A valve device 1 is configured such that a first port 11 as an inflow port and a second port 12 as an outflow port, which are provided in a body 10, communicate with each other through a flow passage (decompression port 30) where flow of fluid is adjusted with movement of a valve body 20 in the body 10. The valve device includes: a third port 13 provided in the body 10 so as to have an opening part 13a on extension of a movement axis direction of the valve body 20, in which a joint member 40 is attached to the opening part 13a; and a communication passage 70 configured to communicate between the second port 12 and the joint member 40 in a state where the joint member 40 is attached to the third port 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
