Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate assembling of a stem to a valve box.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a stem receiving jig 12 elastically supported in a valve box 2 and equipped with a stem receiving surface 12A tilting upward from a bottom surface corresponding level to a stem hole 2A in a state of about horizontally arranged and a stem press-in device 14 for pressing a stem 1 supplied on the stem receiving surface 12A of the stem receiving jig 12 into the stem hole 2A, in a valve assembling device 10 for fitting the stem 1 to the stem hole 2A of the valve box 2.
