Abstract:
To effectively prevent a movable part from freezing with a simple and economical structure and to improve startability.
A valve device 48 is provided with a lead in flow passage 56 leading in exhaust gas, a lead out flow passage 60 leading out the exhaust gas, and a merged flow passage 62 to which the lead in flow passage 56 and the lead out flow passage merge. An opening and closing mechanism 64is provided in the merged flow passage 62, a diaphragm 74 connected to a shaft 70 of the opening and closing mechanism 64 is installed on a lower part wall part 82 constructing the merged flow passage 62 and a groove part 84 surrounding the diaphragm 74 is set at a lower part than height of the diaphragm 74.
