PURPOSE: To expedite and ensure energizing/extinguishing control by furnishing a valve mechanism that controls fluid pressure of an actuator with either calculating function, program retaining function, or program executing function, and by receiving a control signal between each actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A control part connected to a cylinder part which is linked with a looped air supply tube route 22 together, is composed of a valve mechanism 52, an input/output circuit 54, a detector 56, a driving device 58, and of a calculator 60. The speed and acceleration of a piston, as well as the fluid pressure in the cylinder are detected by the detector 56, and are supplied to the calculator 60 through the input/output circuit 54. The calculator 60 is composed of a storage memory 72, a CPU 74, a communication interface 75, and a data signal is read through an optical fiber 32, while the driving device 58 is driven through a bus line 70. A control signal is received between each actuator, and energizing/extinguishing control can thus be promptly performed.
