To provide a valve structure composed of first and second valve element portions, and capable of opening the first valve element portion on which fluid pressure is acted, with small power though its outer diameter is large, and surely bringing the second valve element portion into contact with a valve seat portion in closing the valve.
The first valve element portion of large diameter mounted on a first valve seat portion at an inlet side and the second valve element portion of small diameter mounted on a second valve seat portion at an outlet side are separably overlapped to constitute the valve element. The first valve element portion is composed of an elastic material, and the second valve element portion excluding a part kept into contact with the valve seat portion, is composed of a rigid material. A center of the first valve element portion is provided with a through hole through which a valve operating shaft penetrates, a tip of the valve operating shaft is connected with the second valve element portion, a first valve element portion moving means is mounted between the first valve element portion and the valve operating shaft so that they are engaged with each other in opening the valve to move the central portion of the first valve element portion in the direction separating from the second valve element portion, and further a second valve element portion opening motion delaying means is mounted on a connecting portion of a tip of the valve operating shaft and the second valve element portion to delay the valve opening motion of the second valve element portion to move the first valve element portion with priority, and to retain the second valve element portion with an attitude orthogonal to the valve operating shaft.
