Abstract:
To provide a valve used for, in particular, a small pump or a microminiature pump, which can easily and repeatedly be assembled without fault in this case.
A valve plate 8 is preloaded between edge holding parts outside the plate by being elastically pulled at an assembly position. The elastic preload is enlarged to be at least a degree compensating deformation generated by the tightening of end parts.
