PURPOSE: Tp provide a vane having superior wear resistance even in the presence of acid.
CONSTITUTION: This vane is a vane having a composition which consists of, by weight ratio, 1.5-2.8% C, 7.5-12.0% Cr, either or both of ≤18.0% W and ≤11.0% Mo in the range satisfying 12≤W+2Mo≤22, 3-10% V, 1.0-10% Co, ≤1.0% Si, ≤1.0% Mn, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and where (C-Ceq) is regulated to -0.5 to -0.15 when Ceq=0.06×%Cr+0.033⊗%W +0.063×%Mo+0.2×%V and also having superior corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Further, this vane is preferably a vane containing 0.04-0.15% N, having ≤1.5μm average grain diameter of carbide in a structure, and also having a nitrided layer at the surface.
