Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor extinguisher for a steam trap capable of extinguishing misty vapor accompanying with re-evaporation of condensate without reducing a discharge amount of condensate.
SOLUTION: A thermal magnetic engine 3 is mounted to outlet piping 2 of the steam trap 1. A rotation shaft of the thermal magnetic engine 3 is transmitted to a rotation shaft of a fan 4. A discharge pipe 6 is connected to a downstream side of the fan 4. Generation of the misty vapor is prevented by rotating the fan 4 by rotation force of the thermal magnetic engine 3 and downwardly and powerfully blowing out a mixture fluid of the condensate and the re-evaporated vapor in the discharge pipe 6.
