PURPOSE: To provide the vapor-liquid contact plate of a filler for a cooling tower in which a dry and wet mixture type filler can be easily manufactured.

CONSTITUTION: A vapor-liquid contact plate 11 comprises bent parts 12a, 12b of the same direction at both upper and lower ends, and a plurality of protrusions 13, 14 at both the surfaces of the plate. The protrusions disposed at an equal distance from either one center line of horizontal and vertical center lines L and V of the plate 11 protrude reversely to one another and the protrusions disposed at an equal distance from the other center line protrude in the same direction.
