Abstract:

To provide a highly efficient unit structure that improves a pressure distribution in a downstream evaporator.

A vehicle environment control system 19 having multiple modes include the evaporator 38 with a downstream surface 42. The system includes at least one blower 34a, 34b that blows out air across the evaporator. Generally, air in the downstream of the blower has a pressure distribution that is defined along the downstream surface. The system can currently vary the pressure distribution along the downstream surface depending on which modes are selected.
