Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance and control services by forming each of the constituent frames of a molding frame independently, then assembling these constituent frames to constitute a molding frame for matching the corner angle of a desired division during the use of the molding frame and making easy the disassembly of the molding frame after the use.
SOLUTION: This variable molding frame consists of an inner lateral face molding frame 3 with both wings connected together as a pair with a hinged connective movable part and installed on a base with a desired dihedral angle, an outer lateral face molding 2 with paired both wings installed on the base leaving a specified space from the inner lateral face molding frame 3, an upper end molding frame 4 installed on the bottom side of the specified space from the frame 3, inverse L-shaped small cross-section molding frames 5 installed respectively to block both wing open parts of the space, an end face molding frame 6 which comes into contact with the horizontal tip part of the small cross-section molding frame 5 and is installed across the upper face of the inner lateral face molding frame 3, and a lid plate spanned across the entire opening in the upper face of the inner lateral face molding frame 3.
