PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable multi-ring dimming polarization filter unit for positioning an elastic fit-stop member in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A variable multi-ring dimming polarization filter unit includes: a fixing ring 71 which can fasten a first polarization filter A therein, and can be screwed to a front edge of a camera lens barrel at its one end, in which at least one accommodation groove 7120 is recessively formed of the other end face along an axial direction, an elastic fit-stop member 713 is attached, and a free end of the elastic fit-stop member 713 can be exposed to the accommodation groove 7120, or can be fit into the accommodation groove 7120 by receiving an external force by the free end itself; and a first pivot ring 72 which fastens a second polarization filter B therein, and is pivoted to the other end of the fixing ring 71, and in which an end face makes the free end of the elastic fit-stop member 713 abut on an abutment groove 7221 along a peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
