Abstract:
To provide a vector for expressing a protein on the surface of a bacterium, capable of controlling the expression site in the expression of the protein using the bacterium in high expression efficiency and free from the problem of the liability to be included in an inclusion body in high expression rate, and provide a transformant containing the vector transduced therein.
The expression vector for bacteria for the expression of a heterologous protein on the surface of the bacterium contains the nucleic acid sequences of the N-terminal and C-terminal of an ice nucleation protein (INP) originating from Pseudomonas syringae SE1-1 strain.
