PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render it manufacturable by employing an instantly releasable mold that can allow plants to vegetate on its exposed surface by securing a spilt mold with rigid plates spread over variously configured inner surfaces to a movable frame openable left and right via a rubber vibration isolator.
SOLUTION: Securely suspended on a stationary plate via a rubber vibration insulation, in which a core sleeve provided with a upward and downward movable press plate is fixed to an upward and downward movable cylinder, is a core molding sleeve upper part having a slightly narrower tapered configuration than a brace bottom toward a bottom surface palette that pieces from the exposed surface to the brace bottom, and serves to permit water permeating plant vegetating moisture from a back-filling soil to a small concrete exposed surface from instantly mold-releasing to infiltrate in a culture soil-mixed vegetation soil adhered onto the exposed surface. The tapered core sleeve with the press plate mounted thereon is designed such that a tapered core sleeve being in conformity with its block configuration suitably when the block configuration differs therefrom. Finally, tapered holes are made for permitting water from the back-filling soil to permeation infiltrate to the exposed surface of a small concrete block molded by instantly mold releasing.
