Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna system capable of reducing stray capacitance and improving the antenna performance.
SOLUTION: This antenna system 1 is provided with a coil or rod shaped antenna element 2, a nearly cylindrical earth metal 6 arranged in contact with a lower face of a vehicle body 4 and through which the antenna element 2 is inserted, and a feeder line 3 in electric connection to the antenna element 2 and receiving power externally. Wires with a smaller diameter than a surface area of an inner face of the earth metal are used for the feeding line 3 and placed at a position maximum in the distance from the inner face of the earth metal.
