CONSTITUTION: Iron wheels 3, 3' for railway are provided to the body 2 of a cab-over type four-wheeled road vehicle just behind rubber tire type front and rear wheels 1, 1' in front and in rear, and supported freely liftable by supporting links 8, 8, freely flexuous links 7, 7, and iron wheel lifting cylinders 4, 4' with oil pressure. In this constitution, the four-wheeled vehicle 2 makes a stop in a direction perpendicular to railways 19, 19 in a crossing of railways 19, 19 and roads 20, 20, and after falling four crossing stools 12 in the railways 19, 19, the body 2 is lifted by a body lifting cylinder 11 to lift front and rear wheels above the railways 19. Then, the iron wheels 3, 3' are lowered on the railways 19, 19 by the iron wheel lifting cylinders 4, 4', and travels on the railways.
