Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle control device that can determine a driver's abnormality appropriately.SOLUTION: A driver monitor device 50 has image analysis means 60 and state determination means 70, and determines an abnormal state where a driver has trouble in driving a vehicle when the driver's behavior becomes abnormal during driving and such a state lasts for more than a predetermined determination time. A vehicle control device 90 determines that the vehicle indicates an unstable behavior during driving. The driver monitor device 50 shortens the determination time used for driver abnormality determination when it is determined that the vehicle indicates the unstable behavior.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
