Abstract:
To realize a triangle gadget which secures strength and achieves weight reduction.SOLUTION: A front side member is provided at a side of a front part of a vehicle. A triangle gadget 24 is attached to an outer side surface as seen in a vehicle width direction of the front side member. The triangle gadget 24 has a shape expanding forward (an F axis direction) to the outer side as seen in the vehicle width direction (a negative direction of an R axis) and supports a rear part of a collision load transmission member with a front surface 24i. The triangle gadget 24 is formed into a step-like shape, which increases its widening amount to the inner side as seen in the vehicle width direction (an R axis direction) toward the lower side (a negative direction of a U axis), in at least an intermediate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
