To provide a technique that can suppress arrival of water at an illumination device and condensation in the illumination device in a vehicular interior component comprising an air-conditioning register and the illumination device.SOLUTION: A vehicular interior component, which is provided in a vehicle cabin, comprises: a duct device for air conditioning having an air-conditioning register 25 that is connected to an air conditioner for vehicle and blows out air-conditioning air into the vehicle cabin; an illumination device having a light emission part 30 which illuminates the interior of the vehicle cabin with light emitted from an LED light source 35; and an interior panel which exposes into the vehicle cabin, and hides at least a part of the duct device for air conditioning and the illumination device on a back side. The interior panel has a shield part 70 between the air-conditioning register 25 and the light emission part 30, and the shield part 70 includes two partition walls which project to the back side and are aligned toward the light emission part 30 side from the air-conditioning register 25 side, and a heat insulation layer 75 which is provided between two partition walls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
